Water Advanced Solutions Perú SAC, is a company dedicated to development activities of the integral water and environmental cycle in the sanitation, mining, and industrial sectors, among others. The activities are carried out in the public and private sectors.

The business vision of Was Peru is to be considered a
reference Organization in the areas of activity in which we participate, applying excellence, innovation, dialogue, the development of a sustainable business and the promotion of equality actions, such as reference corporate values ​​and strategic principles of an integrated policy.

To achieve these ends, a management model is
developed, which adds value to the Organization, which is compatible with the organization's Management System and integrates the following regulations:

• Quality Management, according to ISO 9001
• Safety and Health at Work, according to ISO 45001
• Environmental Management, according to ISO 14001

In addition, the following lines of action have been
planned, which provide a reference framework for
establishing objectives:

• Ensure the quality of services, taking into account that they meet the commitments made with customers and are consistent with the various needs.
• Deepen the knowledge of the needs and expectations of customers, considering them in the establishment of strategies, plans and objectives.
• Respect and improve the Organization's environmental behaviour, by reviewing environmental aspects, improvement programs and staff awareness.
• Promote an efficient and sustainable use of natural resources, providing the necessary information and resources to contribute to the reduction of environmental impacts and the prevention of pollution.
• Ensure compliance with the signed, legal and regulatory commitments applicable to the service management business in all applicable areas.
• Optimize the operation of processes through quality, efficiency and continuous improvement, promoting homogenization, the search for synergies and innovation, also ensuring effective communication between the different interested parties.

• Promote and encourage a respectful environment and equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, without direct or indirect discrimination based on sex.
• Management's commitment to safety and health at work, and specifically to providing safe and healthy conditions for the prevention of injuries, illnesses, deterioration of health and occupational diseases, incidents and accidents related to work.
• Guarantee that our collaborators are consulted and actively participate in all elements of the occupational health and safety management system.
• Identify and analyze actions focused on eliminating hazards and reducing work-related risks.
• Promotion of the use of good practices in safety and health at Work and of actions aimed at continuous improvement.
• Involve our suppliers, contractors and other collaborators in the responsibility and reciprocal commitment in accordance with the principles established in this policy.
• Ensure that this policy is disseminated, understood, accepted and that it is complied with in the Organization so that it becomes a differentiating factor compared to competitors and contributes to the achievement of the commitments mentioned therein.
• Comply with the guidelines and commitment defined in the international standard ISO 37001:2016, Law 30424 and its amendments in favor of the implementation and continuous improvement of our ESMS.
